Every time you're watching a Netflix show or snuggled up with a book and the lead character is blogging or even just speaking in first person, does your mind start wandering to thoughts of starting a blog one day? Mine does. Mine has. Ever since I was younger. Probably about the age of 12, I remember getting my first "laptop". It had belonged to my grandpa and it didn't even have internet. But it had a section I could type in and save my work. No, not Microsoft Word, before that time. I can recall typing daily. All my thoughts and experiences of that day. I knew one day that I'd have a story to tell, just wasn't sure if anyone would ever want to read what I had to say. And I still don't. Today, at 31 years old, I'm finally sitting down to write my first blog entry on the internet. This isn't going to be a specific topic each day. As I have way too many thoughts and feelings to be able to narrow it down to just one. I want to write about life, love, hard times, growing, cooking, fitness, mental health, my dry nail polish adventure, religion, books, teaching myself to crochet. I don't just want to type about them though, I want someday for somebody to type back. I want to help others that go through the same things as me. Wether that be life knocking us down, or burning your boyfriends birthday cake for the third time. Maybe you won't find my blog appealing to your interests, that's okay. I have faith that somebody out there will. And it's time I find them. If you've read this far, I appreciate you more than you know and I hope you continue to read the rest of my blogs.
Until next time,
Stephanie
